Overview

TrackOS provides GPS vehicle tracking, alerts, reports, device management and plan renewal services. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the TrackOS mobile app, website and tracking services.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, username, email address and phone number.
• Assigned vehicle and tracker details, including vehicle number, device identifier, SIM and configuration data.
• Tracker GPS location, route history, speed, ignition, telemetry, alerts and related device events.
• Optional phone location when you actively use features such as current location or distance to a vehicle.
• Support requests, feedback, payment and subscription status.

How we use information

We use this information to show live vehicle locations, route playback, reports, fuel records, alerts, document reminders, account access, subscription status, support and service security.

Location and notifications

Vehicle location data is received from the GPS tracker installed in the vehicle. Phone location is accessed only when you choose a location-based feature. TrackOS may send notifications for enabled vehicle events such as ignition, movement, overspeed, external power, plan expiry and document expiry.

Sharing

We do not sell personal or vehicle tracking data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate TrackOS, such as hosting, maps, payment processing, notifications, email delivery and support, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain tracking, billing and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We use authentication, access controls and server-side validation so users can access only vehicles assigned to their account.

Your choices

You can update your profile, manage alert settings, change your password and contact support for account or data-related help. You can control phone-location and notification permissions through your device settings.
