TrackOS legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Using TrackOS
These terms apply to the TrackOS mobile app, website, vehicle tracking platform and related services. By using TrackOS, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for vehicles, devices and accounts you are authorised to access.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify TrackOS promptly if you believe an account or device has been accessed without permission.
Vehicle devices and data
Tracking accuracy and availability depend on the installed device, wiring, GPS visibility, mobile network, power, protocol behaviour and other conditions outside the application. Device fields are available only when the hardware and integration provide them reliably.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans provide access for the stated term and scope. Taxes, platform charges or device-related costs may apply as shown before payment. Successful payment does not replace any separate hardware, installation or third-party service requirement.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, submit malicious traffic, access another user's vehicles or use TrackOS for unlawful surveillance.
Service changes
TrackOS may update features, security controls and technical requirements to maintain or improve the service. Material changes that affect account use will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a dependable service, but continuous availability or perfect GPS accuracy cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrackOS is not liable for losses caused solely by external device, network, GPS, power or third-party service failures.
